Child Health Survey

This data set includes responses to a survey sent to a random sample of 400 Minnesota women.  They were identified from 1995 birth certificates, average infant age was 10 months at time of data collection.  It includes data on demographics, OM risk factors, knowledge, attitudes and beliefs about OM, reasons not to initiate or to quit breastfeeding, OM prevention advice given by physicians.  For more detail on variables collected, see Child Health Survey Study Form, Child Health Survey Data Dictionary.
